Thank you for shopping with Lee Rickie Collection. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review the policy below carefully.

RETURNS

Many of our items are made to order. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and NO REFUNDS are issued.


  • Eligible items may be exchanged or returned for store credit only.
  • No returns on swimwear.
  • Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
  • In rare or unusual circumstances where a return is approved, a 15% restocking fee may apply, along with original and return shipping costs.
  • Restocking fees apply only to damaged items.

REFUNDS

  • NO REFUNDS / EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY
  • Any approved exchange will be processed after the item is received and inspected.
  • You will be notified via email once your return is received and reviewed.
  • Cancellations must be made within 3 days of purchase to be eligible for approved refund. After this period, orders are final.


SHIPPING

  • Lee Rickie Collection is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages once delivery is confirmed by USPS or the selected carrier.
  • If a package is lost or missing, we will assist with an investigation through USPS or the carrier.
  • If you require a signature confirmation, special delivery instructions, or delivery to a local post office, please contact us prior to shipping.

CLEARANCE & SALE ITEMS

  • All clearance, sale, or discounted items are final sale.
  • STORE CREDITS

Store credits must be used within 30 days of issuance.

  • Any unused credit after 30 days will be reduced to 50% of its original value.


CUSTOM ORDERS

  • Custom or tailored garments are final sale.
  • No refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted on custom orders.
