NO REFUND/ EXCHANGE ONLY
WE ACCEPT EXCHANGES ONLY (NO REFUNDS) WITHIN 7 DAYS OF PURCHASE. ALL ITEMS MUST BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION WITH TAGS ATTACHED. PLEASE EMAIL US AT INFO@LEERICKIECOLLECTION.COM AND WE’LL INITIATE THE EXCHANGE PROCESS..
- Once an exchange is made your purchase is no longer eligible for a second exchange.
- ALTERATIONS : If you are in need of alterations after you receive your purchase, we are happy to issue you a $25 credit towards any alteration services. You also have the option to send the items back to us free of charge and we’ll alter them for you .
Please email a copy of the receipt within 5 business days to firstname.lastname@example.org and someone will assist you.
Items are shipped within 5 to 10 business days
- LRC will not accept liability for stolen or missing packages once deemed delivered to the given address by carrier. A claim will be filed with the shipping institution to determine whether or not it was delivered .
- LRC is not responsible for order delays once packages are in the care of the designated carrier.
LRC will issue only issue one return label for exchanges or store credits .
Clearance & Sale Items
- All clearance/sale items are final sale but can be returned within 5 days of purchase for store credit or exchange, credit expires after 30 days.
- We do not accept refunds on tailored garments or custom orders being that they are final sale.
