If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Below you will find FAQ about our return and refund policy.
- You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it .
- Shipping & handling will be deducted from the final amount due to you.
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return item via email. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment.
- You will receive the credit within 10-15 business day days.
- Once an exchange is made your purchase is no longer eligible for a refund. The customer has the option of receiving 30% of the total cost of the garment or a store credit. ( This covers the cost to make the garment and the restocking fee )
Items are shipped within 5 to 10 business days
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- LRC will not accept liability for stolen or missing packages once deemed delivered to the given address by carrier. A claim will be filed with the shipping institution to determine whether or not it was delivered . If there is no resolution the customer will be responsible for re delivery fee and 20% off the cost of the garment.
Clearance & Sale Items
- All clearance/sale items are final sale but can be returned within 5 days of purchase for store credit or exchange, credit expires after 30 days.
- We do not accept refunds on tailored garments or custom orders being that they are final sale.
