If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Below you will find FAQ about our return and refund policy.  

  • You have 5 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it. 
  • To be eligible for a store credit or exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it .
  • Shipping & handling will be deducted from store credit issued .
  • In the unusual case that an order needs needs to be returned for a refund a 15% restocking fee as well as shipping fees will be deducted from refund balance . 
  • Once we receive your item we will inspect it and notify you via email.
  • If your return is approved we will initiate a exchange or store credit  .
  • Once an exchange is made your purchase is no longer eligible for a second exchange.

  • ALTERATIONS : If you are in need of alterations after you receive your purchase, we are happy to issue you a $60 credit towards any alteration services. You also have the option to send the items back to us free of charge and we’ll alter them for you . 
    Please email a copy of the receipt within 5 business days to and someone will assist you. 
Items are shipped within 5 to 10 business days 
  • LRC will not accept liability for stolen or missing packages once deemed delivered to the given address by carrier. A claim will be filed with the shipping institution to determine whether or not it was delivered .  If there is no resolution the customer will be responsible for re delivery fee and 20% off the cost of the garment. 
  • LRC is not responsible for order delays once packages are in the care of the designated carrier. 
Clearance & Sale Items
  • All clearance/sale items are final sale but can be returned within 5 days of purchase for store credit or exchange, credit expires after 30 days. 

Custom Orders
  • We do not accept refunds on tailored garments or custom orders being that they are final sale.
